2026-2027 Madison 56ers Tryouts
From developmental teams as young as U11, through U19, Madison 56ers has dedicated programming to address players’ needs at all levels. Our diverse coaching staff is USSF Certified and licensed, resulting in focused training sessions that improve technical and tactical ability to maximize each player’s full potential. We offer year-round training at our dedicated indoor facility, as well as goalkeeper-specific training.
Madison 56ers is a competitive soccer club that promotes inclusivity and a positive team and club culture. We are seeking players who demonstrate good teamwork, dedication, and respect for their team and the game. Our teams play in a variety of leagues from local to national, depending on your age and team level.
Madison 56er teams compete in several different leagues dependant on age and level.
GIRLS ACADEMY / TIER 1: Girls Program first teams U13-19
CLUB PREMIER 1 AND 2 : Boys Program first and second teams U13 - U19
MWC, WYSA and MAYSA leagues: Girls Pre GA academy teams U11-12. Girls, second and third teams U11 - U19. Boys third teams U11-19
In alignment with USYS and our league partners, the Madison 56ers will be returning to seasonal year, Aug 1 - July 31, age group placement.
*Players with an August birthday, the presumption is that such players would play with their current grade.
*MAYSA league limited Exceptions for players to play with their grade ( regardless of birth month ) on a case by case basis.
*GA / WYSA / Prem I and Prem II National Leagues NO exceptions.
EXAMPLE: A July 2013 birthday player who is currently in 6th grade. [currenlty some 2013's are in 6th grade some in 7th]
In playing year 2026-27, under the seasonal year rule, this player with a July 2013 birthday will play U14 even though they are in 7th grade.

U9 = 3rd Grade [Birthday Aug 1, 2017 - July 31, 2018]
-will play in U11 leagues
U10 = 4th Grade [Birthday Aug 1, 2016 - July 31, 2017]
-will play in U11 leagues
U11 = 5th Grade [Birthday Aug 1, 2015 - July 31, 2016]
U12 = 6th Grade [Birthday Aug 1, 2014 - July 31, 2015]

- Pre-registration is strongly encouraged.
- Cost is $40 for pre-registering online / and $80 for registering on site.
