Our Commitment
- Educate coaches, staff, and families about the value and importance of a diverse community
- Provide a culture where all individuals feel safe and respected, and treated fairly, and have a sense of belonging
- Work to remove barriers and create opportunity for marginalized or underrepresented groups
- Identify, attract, and retain diverse, qualified coaches, staff, and volunteers
- Hold the organization responsible by ensuring policies, practices, and programs promote diversity, equity, and inclusion

Zero Tolerance Policy
Madison 56ers stands against any form of bullying, racism, or discrimination. All incidents of this nature will be reviewed and discussed by our Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee. Violations will be addressed through, at a minimum, education, up to and including suspension, or expulsion.
