DEI Reporting
Incidents may be reported to a coach, Director of Coaching, DEI committee, or Board of Directors member. All incidents reported from any of these methods must be shared with the DEI committee within 24 hours of receiving the information. The DEI committee will review and discuss the incident within a week of notification. Depending on the results of the review, the DEI committee will reach out to the affected parties with the next steps and/or will bring the incident to the Board of Directors for a broader discussion.

Los incidentes pueden notificarse a un entrenador, al Director de Entrenamiento, al comité DEI o a un miembro del Consejo de Administración. Todos los incidentes notificados por cualquiera de estos métodos deben compartirse con el comité DEI en las 24 horas siguientes a la recepción de la información. El comité DEI examinará y debatirá el incidente en el plazo de una semana a partir de la notificación. Dependiendo de los resultados de la revisión, el comité DEI se pondrá en contacto con las partes afectadas para informarles de los pasos a seguir y/o llevará el incidente al Consejo de Administración para que se siga debatiendo.
