5th Annual Futsal Tournament
March 14th (Boys) & March 15th (Girls), 2026
The Madison 56ers host a 5v5 (4 + GK) futsal tournament at our indoor training facility in Oregon, WI for ages U9-U15 boys and girls. Teams are guaranteed 3 games. Entry Fees: U9-U11: $300 and U12-U15: $350. Registration for 2026 will open in December!
10th Annual Spring Cup
April 11th-12th, 2026
The Madison 56ers Soccer Club annual Spring Cup is held at the Woodside Sports Complex in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. With competitive games played on all turf fields, it is a great way to kick off the spring season with 3 guaranteed games in the Wisconsin Dells! Our 2025 event sold out before deadlines, registration for 2026 will open in mid December and we look forward to seeing your club there!

Fall Invitational
September 11th-13th, 2026
The 36th Madison 56ers Fall Invite is a great way to kick off your fall season with competitive games for both boys and girls ages U9-U15 and U16-U19 girls. This event will take place at Reddan Soccer Park in Verona, WI and with over 165 teams from 36 clubs we are excited for another great tournament in 2026. The Madison area is a great place to host your teams with many team bonding activities available in close proximity to the venue!
